Returns & Repairs

When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If your product is received broken or in non-working condition please follow the instructions below for returning the product. Shipping is non-refundable. 

If you wish to send your product to our repairs Department please follow the instructions below:
(Note: Copy of Receipt is not required for repairs)

Please follow the following steps to expedite your return and/or replacement:
Contact our customer service department for return authorization code (once received, see below)

A. Include copy of the original receipt
B. Include the following information in the shipment: name, address, e-mail address, phone number, receipt, reason for return, action to be taken and write on the shipping box “return merchandise” and next to it indicate the authorization code.
C. Place RMA number on the outside of the box. 

Return Shipments will not be processed and no action will be taken until all information is verified. Delays in exchange will be incurred if returned packages were shipped without the a valid return authorization code For questions or concerns please contact our customer service: customerservice@zadroinc.com

Any product returned for preference is subject to a 20% restocking fee of the product and no shipping charges will be refunded.

 

Shipping Policy

All items are shipped from our warehouse in Huntington Beach, California using either Fedex or UPS. All orders are shipped within 3 business days from receipt of your order.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Zadro or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

  • Standard Shipping and handling: Our shipping and handling rates cover the expenses for mail order safe repacking, processing and the shipping of your order. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. 
  • Delivery to APO/FPO Addresses (Military Bases): We cannot make deliveries to APO/FPO and are not capable of shipping to US military bases outside the US. 
  • Delivery to PO Boxes: We cannot make deliveries to PO Boxes. 
  • Rush Shipping and Processing: We do accept rush or overnight deliveries at this time. Please choose from the options given at time of checking out. 
  • International Orders: We do process International orders. Customs and duty fee are the sole responsibility of the customer ordering the product. 
  • Special Shipping Services, Gift-wrapping and Order Delay: We do not have gift wrapping services or shipment delay service at this time.
