Are there replacement bulbs for the LED mirrors?

There are no replacement bulbs available for any LED mirror. This is because LED’s use diodes and wiring to produce light, so technically there is no light bulb inside the mirror to replace. In the instance that your LED mirror is not lighting, there is most likely an internal wiring issue and your mirror would need to be sent into us for repair.

Why am I upside down in the mirror?  
With all magnified mirrors, if the reflection appears upside-down or blurry, you will need to move closer to the mirror or the magnification may be too strong for your eyes. If your face is too far away from the mirror, all magnified mirrors will reflect upside down. To appear right side up, move closer to the mirror until you are within its focal length. The higher the magnification, the closer you will have to move to the mirror to see yourself right side up and in focus.

Can you convert my mirror into a Hardwire version?
The parts and features on our products are not interchangeable. Therefore, we cannot offer the option to change a non-hardwired mirror into a hardwired version. All products must be purchased as advertised.
There are currently 2 hard
wire-ready options available for purchase: GLAW45HW and SLWR410HW.

Why can’t I add this item to my cart?
If you do not see the “ADD TO CART” button on the listing, then the item you are trying to purchase is no longer available. In some cases, we will keep discontinued models listed on the website for a limited time. This is for informational purposes such as downloadable instructions and identifying replacement parts.

Why doesn’t my coupon code work?
Certain exclusions apply to our promotional codes. Replacement Parts, Opportunity Buys, and Value Bundles will not be eligible for promotional codes or discounts.


How long does it take for an order to ship? What is the transit time?

All items are shipped from our warehouse in Huntington Beach, California using either Fedex or UPS. All orders are shipped within 3 business days from receipt of your order. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive since final arrival date is determined by the shipping carrier and may change due to circumstances out of anyone’s control including inclement weather. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Zadro or other parties only as an estimate.

Do you ship internationally?
We do accept international orders. Customs, duty and broker fees are the sole responsibility of the customer ordering the product and will be due at time of delivery.

 

How can I return my item?
If you wish to return your product for a refund, please contact our Customer Support at 800-468-4348, 714-892-9200 or email 
customersupport@zadroinc.com to begin the RMA (return merchandise authorization) process. All you need to provide is your order number and reason for return.  Returns need to be received within 60 days of purchase, in new condition and its original packaging in order to receive credit. Any product returned for preference is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that personalized (custom engraved) items cannot be returned for preference.

How can I exchange my item?
If you wish to exchange the item you originally purchased for another Zadro product, all you need to provide is your order number, model number of the item you want to return, and the model number of the item you want to exchange it for. Cost difference will be charged or credited as needed. Exchanges must be requested within 60 days of purchase. Your item must be in new condition and in its original packaging in order to be eligible.

How long is your warranty period?
All Zadro Products include a 1 year limited warranty from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not include damage to the product as a result of misuse or accident.
Should your product become defective during the warranty period, Zadro Products, Inc. will repair or replace (at our sole discretion) your product, at no charge. However, you are responsible for properly packing your product and for paying any applicable shipping charges to send your item to Zadro Products, Inc. Once repaired, we will pay the shipping cost to send the item back to you.
