Out of Warranty Information
The quality of our products and your positive experience with them is very important to us. We are continually working to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards that our customers expect & deserve. If you experience an issue with your item and the item is out of warranty please follow instructions below for repair.
If you wish to return your product for out of warranty repairs, please contact our Customer Service at 800-468-4348, 714-892-9200 or email email@example.com and we’ll be more than happy to provide you with an RMA (return authorization number). Please have the date of purchase, the model number (you can locate it on this website) and the issue you are experiencing with your product. You will need to ensure that the product is properly packed and pay any applicable shipping charges to Zadro Products, Inc.™
Returns received without an RMA, may not be processed or will significantly delay the process.
Returns for Credit
Need to return or exchange your item? Our process will make returns and exchanges quick and easy for you.
If you wish to return your product for credit, please contact our Customer Service at 800-468-4348, 714-892-9200 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an RMA (return authorization number). All you need to provide is your order number and reason for return. Returns need to be received within 60 days of purchase in new condition and its original packaging in order to receive credit. Any product returned for preference is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that personalized (custom engraved) items cannot be returned for preference.
'We've Made Too Much' Items
Please note that we currently do not accept change-of-mind refunds, returns or exchanges on sale items/markdowns. For any other instances, we will honor manufacturers warranty.
Shipping charges are not refundable. You will need to ensure that the product is properly packed and pay any applicable shipping charges to Zadro Products, Inc.™
Exchanges are available. All you need to provide is your order number, item you want to return and the item you want to exchange it for. Cost difference will be charged or credited as needed.
Freight damages need to be reported within 2 business days of delivery for replacement.
If your purchase was not made directly with Zadro Products please contact the Company you made the purchase with for freight damages, exchanges and refunds.
All items are shipped from our warehouse in Huntington Beach, California using either Fedex or UPS. All orders are shipped within 3 business days from receipt of your order. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Zadro or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
- Standard Shipping and handling: Our shipping and handling rates cover the expenses for mail order safe repacking, processing and the shipping of your order. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories.
- Delivery to APO/FPO Addresses (Military Bases): We cannot make deliveries to APO/FPO and are not capable of shipping to US military bases outside the US.
- Delivery to PO Boxes: We cannot make deliveries to PO Boxes.
- Rush Shipping and Processing: We do not accept rush or overnight deliveries at this time. Please choose from the options given at time of checking out.
- International Orders: We do process International orders. Customs, duty and broker fees are the sole responsibility of the customer ordering the product at time of delivery.
- Special Shipping Services, Gift-wrapping and Order Delay: We do not have gift wrapping services or shipment delay service at this time.
If your UPS tracking number is showing delivered, but you have still not received your order, please check the surrounding area of your home and confirm with other household members, as well as neighbors, to see if the package was received. In our experience, we have found that packages can sometimes be delivered to back doors, side gates, or picked up by someone else in the household and brought inside. If the order still cannot be located, please contact email@example.com within 1 week of your delivery date.
