Warranty Information

Zadro® Products include a 1 year limited warranty from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not include damage to the product as a result of misuse, accident, modification, or self-repair.

Should your product become defective during the warranty period, Zadro Products, Inc. ™ will repair or replace (at our sole discretion) your product, at no charge. However, you are responsible for properly packing your product and any applicable shipping charges to Zadro Products, Inc.

Please contact our Customer Service at 800-468-4348, 714-892-9200 or email CustomerSupport@zadroinc.com on how to obtain an RMA (return authorization number). Please have available a copy of your receipt, model number (you can locate on this website) and the issue you are experiencing with your product.

Zadro Products, Inc. ™ shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of defects in this product, whether or not caused by its negligence.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

For Customers outside the USA (48 contiguous states, Alaska and Hawaii), please contact the retailer of the purchase directly to resolve any issues in or out of warranty.
