Zadro® Products include a 1 year limited warranty from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not include damage to the product as a result of misuse, accident, modification, or self-repair. This warranty also does not include purchases from unauthorized retailer/online seller, purchased “as-is” or used/previously owned.

Should your product become defective during the warranty period, Zadro, Inc. ™ will repair or replace (at our sole discretion) your product, at no charge. However, you are responsible for properly packing your product and any applicable shipping charges to Zadro, Inc.

Please contact our Customer Support Team via email at CustomerSupport@zadroinc.com on how to obtain an RMA (return authorization number). Please include the date of purchase, the model number (located on the box and on the instruction pamphlet) and the issue you are experiencing with your product.

Zadro, Inc. ™ shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of defects in this product, whether or not caused by its negligence.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

For Customers outside the USA (48 contiguous states, Alaska and Hawaii), please contact the retailer of the purchase directly to resolve any issues in or out of warranty.
